To make a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap the package securely. Then send it to Returns Dept at the address provided: We will replace any faulty C.D.'s. Please contact us before returning a C.D. You will have to return it in pristine condition. We will only send a replacement once we have received the faulty C.D. and checked it. We can only replace faulty C.D.'s with the same item as returned
You must return the damaged or defective product and this must be received by us within 30 days of delivery to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
